Excellent service! Miguel D. and Nazir A. were able to find, repair and restore my gas so that I had heat once again. Ms Kay of Mersey Gas and Heating at the help desk is really an efficient and nice person to deal with for my heating issues. The service reports with Enbridge Gas gas violations for my home were resolved quickly after the repair work with the help of Kay. I don't need to respond to the request from Enbridge for follow-up documents. Fanstastic work, Kay. many thanks. I had arranged to replace my water heater but when the technicians showed up they realized the wrong model had been ordered. I thought this meant it would need to be rescheduled but the techs called the office, arranged for the correct model to be delivered the same day. They completed the removal and installation of the new water heater quickly. Was very impressed with the techs Jumaid, Gobin M and Ben M to fix the issue so quickly and professionally. Very happy with my experience.

I had my furnace break late evening in -20C weather so I contacted Mersey for an emergency service call and they sent a technician out right away. Ashroff F, the tech was very thorough and was able to troubleshoot the issue and was able to have my furnace back up and running. Thank you!! Definitely will keep Mersey as a contact for future needs!

I got to thank Teresa at Mercey. She was very thoughtful and helpful when we had emergency with water heater. Two gentlemen in less than 15 hours from Mersey Heating show up at our door to help us replace the water heater.
Junaid and Gobin were very professional and pleasant. They took the job very detail and precise. We are very happy with their expertise and careful work.
I love their red carpet set up and customer oriented working altitude.
I would definitely recommend Mersey Heating and Air Conditioning to Torontonian if you need any work in urgent. You won't regret it.

Mersey install team Gobin Arian and Junaid did a fantastic job installing new furnace, air conditioner and hot water tank. Arrived on time and worked all day. They took the time to explain the equipment and did a great job of cleaning up. They were very friendly, professional and respectful of our house. Would be happy to have them back anytime.

Very happy with AC maintenance services provided by John Park representing Mersey Heating and Cooling. John was very courteous. He was running a bit late however called earlier to keep us informed. He advised us of his action plan for maintenance and once competed, confirmed all that was completed. He also shut-off the humidifier and replaced the filter without any prompt from us. . I am pleased with John’s professionalism and will recommend him / Mersey for HVAC needs.

Edit 2024: Following up on last years heating installation, Miguel D., your HVAC Service Tech, did a thorough inspection job. He found faults and did appropriate corrections. I'd like to see more techs like him for future service calls. I'm very pleased with the service.

Arian and Adam plus Clins did a great job installing my Heating system. They explained everything to me and they cleaned up afterwards finishing the install. Great job Mersey Team.
